Yes, we have dealers and existing customers in many regions globally. We can recommend the closest location for you to visit and test the equipment's performance.
What is the typical delivery time?
The standard delivery time is approximately 20 working days. During peak seasons, production may take slightly longer to ensure quality control.
What are the available payment terms?
Normally, we accept a 30% deposit via TT to start production, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipping. We also accept LC at sight.
What kind of OEM customization services do you provide?
We offer extensive customization including engine choices (Euro 5/EPA), logo branding for your own brand, specific color matching via color numbers, and customized attachments based on your requirements.
What is the warranty and spare parts policy?
We provide a 1-year warranty for every machine. During this period, any parts failure caused by quality issues will be replaced and sent to you free of charge within 5 working days.
