Pan Concrete Mixer Organic Compost Mixer with Fertilizer Production Line
The pan mixer machine is a commonly used solid material conveying, feeding, and mixing equipment. It is designed to mix materials of different shapes such as powder, granular, and block evenly, then feed the materials from the bottom of the plate and quantitatively transport them to downstream fertilizer processing equipment or fertilizer production line equipment.
The pan mixer has the characteristics of a small footprint, high mixing rate, and low material residue. It is suitable for mixing compost, compound fertilizer, premixed additives, animal feed, and other materials.

The pan mixer is composed of a mixing plate, a discharge port, a mixing arm, a rack, a gearbox, and a transmission mechanism. Material enters through the feed port and is evenly mixed through the stirring shaft. The minimum gap between the rotor and the housing can be adjusted to close to zero, effectively reducing residual materials.
