Customizable JW 2000 Flexible Configuration Pan Concrete Mixer
The pan concrete mixer is a highly efficient, forced mixing equipment. Its core is a horizontally placed disc with high-speed rotating mixing arms and blades. The material is subjected to strong shearing, squeezing and flipping by the mixing arms in the disc, and moves along complex planetary trajectories to achieve rapid, uniform and thorough mixing.
Compared with the drum mixer, it has a short mixing time, good homogeneity and rapid unloading, and is particularly suitable for occasions with high requirements for concrete quality and output, such as commercial concrete mixing stations and prefabricated component plants.
